Psychologist and specialist in Strategic People Management, with a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Talent Development and additional training in Labor Law. She brings a comprehensive and strategic vision of talent management, with international experience across Europe, Latin America and Africa.

Her career has focused on leading initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Assessment that drive business results and strengthen organizational culture. She has worked with multicultural teams, developing strong intercultural competence while combining adaptability, excellence and a results-oriented mindset.

Throughout her career, she has led global projects, implemented HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, built an Assessment Center from the ground up in Africa, and designed development, onboarding, employer branding, diversity and inclusion programs. She also has solid experience in strategic consulting, Executive Search and assessment processes for selection, mentoring and development.
