Alessia is originally from a beautiful city in the South of Italy. In 2002 she moved to Barcelona to finish her university studies.

She is a lawyer by training and Human Resources Consultant by vocation. She has recently completed a coaching training program accredited by ICF.

Alessia is an expert in headhunting of digital profiles, she has worked in an ecosystem of technology startups, creating from scratch great teams, living very enriching moments, and enjoying her work very much. 

She loves working with and for people, discovering their talent and helping them to make the most of it. 

 She started collaborating with the Advantage Consultores team at the beginning of 2019 and to date she continues to work with their team on large projects, successfully overcoming the challenges that the digital era is giving them.
