Teresa is psychologist and an experienced professional in Human Resources area, passionate about working with people and for people. She has been helping hundreds of professionals through for Newplacement Projects, Career Management and Talent Development (Trainees, Senior and Executive profiles.

She has Management Change Project and have coordinated processes of Recruitment & Selection and Executive Search.  She has participated in processes of Career Management through the Assessment and Development Centers.

Teresa also devotes some of her time to volunteering and has been involved in supporting homeless people in their search for a new professional opportunity and their inclusion in the employment market.
