Laia combines her Psychology background and experience in HR to find the best profiles. Currently studying a Master in General Health Psychology, will use her active listening and analytical skills, to find the person that fits best for the position, according to their background and mindset. A city and sea girl, Laia was born and raised in Badalona (Barcelona). During her last university year, she studied in Milan (Italy) and was captivated by the country’s culture and beauty. A native person in an international team, she speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and Italian.
