Hello, my name is Sylvia Taudien

Welcome to Advantage Consultores.

My name is Sylvia Taudien, I am from Cologne, Germany but my home is Barcelona.

I am a pure Networker, I am generous and very positive.

My background is Marketing for Pharma and FMCG companies, but for +20 years my passion is working with and for people.

In 2003 I founded Advantage Consultores. Together with my team we built a strong Advantage Community in the business and HR World in Iberia and throughout Europe and specializing in German speaking companies.

Since the pandemic, employee engagement has shifted towards human touch and work-life balance. At Advantage we have listened to this trend and as of January 2021 we have implemented a fully paid 4-day working week.
