1. What are the advantages of a cooperative network?
There are multiple benefits such as productivity, knowledge management and a pleasant working environment. And there are advanatages in terms of improvement in collaboration between teams, departments and projects. This increased collaboration ultimately leads to improvements in knowledge management and productivity. Likewise, it improves internal communication and is a way to ensure that the message to be transmitted reaches all the people that form an organization. On the other hand, in terms of Human Resource Managament, these methods of solutions connect cultural change and internal transformation within an organization and end up generating positive work dynamics and employee management. This mainly happens because the employee feels involved and committed to the corporate project.
2. How do you see the future of internal communication at a business level?
From my point of view, the solutions on corporate social networks and internal messaging will end up being imposed with the help of personal assistants and using artificial intelligence which will facilitate things by helping us in our daily business.
3. How do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself happy, because that I decided long time ago, and I see myself continuing to lead Beezy and that the company is going to be even larger than today or leading other projects. Without doubt I see myself as an entrepreneur and not working from 9 to 5 in a multinational.
4. What do you expect from the HR Conference?
I am very interested in listening to the other speakers and I hope to learn something from each of them. I also hope I will be having interesting conversations with attendees , as well as learning more about how HR departments are doing. This is important especially in order to discover what HR departments need, which will help making Beezy’s projects better.
