A consulting firm in Barcelona trains young people to work abroad

The consulting firm Advantage Consultores has launched in Barcelona the first workshop in Spain designed to train young university graduates wishing to develop their careers abroad.
As reported by the consultant, the program, called Global Talent Passport, is designed to train young people in the culture of another country, to improve their professional skills in the management of other languages and train these people in a work environment different from that is used to in Spain.
For his projection, the program deepens intro three markets: European, with a focus on German; Brazilian and Asian, where China has the 80% of professional offers.
It discusses, among other things, the various international markets, the personal marketing and the resources to find employment abroad, as well as the strategies to cope with an interview in English.
The program lasts two weeks and is concentrated in four morning sessions.
