Employees will combine work and studies for two years
The contract combines 24 hours of weekly work with the remaining 16 in the classroom
The supermarket chain Aldi will implement next october the new dual training system for new employees, a format that imports the German model and combine involving shorter working hours with hours of academic courses.
According to informed sources in the chain, this type of training takes the form of a permanent contract for full-time employees over 18 who have graduated from high school.
